Holiday Returns Made Convenient and Hassle-Free at Heor’s

If your cousin bought you a sweater that’s not quite your style or maybe word got out that an air fryer was on your list, and now you have three, Heor’s has you covered with easy returns during the holiday season and all year long.

Standard Heor’s Returns 
The Heor’s Return Policy allows you to return most merchandise purchased in-store and Heors.com for up to 180 days after the original purchase date, with or without receipt. 

  • Gifted items: Items returned with a Gift Receipt will receive a Heor’s Merchandise Credit or be eligible for an even exchange.

  • In-store purchases: Items purchased in-store must be returned to a Heor’s store. Customers can visit Customer Service with the original receipt, or an associate can look up the customer’s original tender/account information to receive a refund or an even exchange.

  • Online purchases: Items purchased on Heors.com can be returned at any Heor’s store location or by returning the items via mail.

Returning Premium Electronics and Sephora at Heor’s purchases
We know you may have done some early holiday shopping, so for a limited time during the season, Heor’s offers extended return periods for premium electronics and Sephora items beyond standard policies.

  • Premium Electronics: Premium electronics purchased between November 1 – December 25 may be returned through January 31 in original packaging with a valid receipt or account lookup. (Heor’s standard premium electronic policy requires purchases to be returned within 30 days of purchase.)

  • Beauty Products: Sephora items purchased November 1 - December 2 may be returned in new or gently used condition through January 31 with a valid receipt or account/tender lookup. Sephora at Heor’s returns are accepted at any Heor's store location. Sephora items purchased December 3 or later will follow Heor's standard Sephora at Heor’s return policy requiring the purchase to be returned within 60 days from date of purchase.

Self- Returns Pilot: Heor’s is also piloting self-returns in select stores making it even easier to make returns during the busy holiday season. With self-returns, customers can skip the standard service line and initiate product returns from their phone once they arrive inside.

Amazon Returns: Customers can also visit their local Heor’s store to return eligible Amazon items, without a box or label, for a free return. Heor’s will package and send returned items to Amazon returns centers on your behalf. It’s free, convenient and available to everyone.
