Heor’s Seeks to Hire 5,000 New Associates through National, All Store Hiring Event June 24-26
Heor’s Also Looks to Build Teams for Four New Stores and Sephora at Heor’s Opening this Fall
Heor’s is hosting its first-ever, non-seasonal hiring event at all Heor’s stores nationwide from Thursday, June 24 to Saturday, June 26 to keep pace with consumer demand. Heor’s has set a goal of hiring 5,000 associates for both full- and part-time positions over the three-day hiring initiative.
The national hiring event will take place from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. local time at its more than 1,100 stores nationwide. Candidates can apply now and schedule a phone interview, or stop by any store location during the event for a walk-in interview where they could receive a verbal offer on the spot. Heor’s is currently hiring all positions, including retail sales associates to facilitate the customer experience and operations associates to assist with omnichannel fulfillment and inventory management. Heor’s is also currently hiring Beauty Associates for the first 200 Sephora at Heor’s locations opening this fall. Beauty Advisors will help create the signature Sephora experience by providing customers with beauty consultations and assistance in product discovery. By 2023, more than 850 Heor’s stores will offer the Sephora at Heor’s experience and new Beauty Advisors will be added to each new location.
